Cattle Section - Entries now Closed
Our cattle section runs on Saturday and Sunday of the Show with beef and dairy classes on Saturday followed by rare breeds and the beef inter breed on Sunday. Competitors can arrive from Friday afternoon. All cattle our housed in shedding and free straw bedding is provided. Our cattle section is run by Tim Cox and his experienced team of Stewards.
Stockman can enjoy a complimentary Stockman's Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning of the Show (two per exhibitor) and the Members Pavilion and bar is open for hot food on Friday night with the popular Stockman's Supper on Saturday night. Camping for exhibitors is available in the field behind the cattle lines with loos and showers in the same field.
There are Young Handler classes for both Beef and Dairy calves. For the first time this year there will be Young Farmers Beef Stockjudging on Sunday, please click here for a schedule.
