Our most common trade stand, this is for traders who have (or hire) their own marquee/gazebo/trailer and just require an open space. The spaces come in 6m, 9m or 12m depths and start with 6m frontage going up in 3m sections.

Located in the heart of the trade avenues, this is available for those who wish to be outside but require us to provide the marquee for you. These stands are 6m deep and start with 3m frontage going up in 3m sections. The marquee structure is described as "shedding" which is open fronted, onto the trade avenue.

This large marquee houses around 60 stands inside and 2 outside, all dedicated to high-end and luxury items. All applications are approved by a committee to ensure standards are of the correct standard and to avoid duplication. Inside stands are 3m deep and either 3m or 6m in width, outside stand are either 3m or 6m deep and either 3m or 6m in width. The site is on grass, backing on to the marquee wall and no partitions or tables are provided.

The Lifestyle & Gift Marquee offers an alternative to our [email protected] Marquee, both marquees are located a good distance apart to prevent any cross over. Stands are 3m deep and available in either 3m or 6m width. The site is on grass, backing on to the marquee wall and no partitions or tables are provided.

Our two popular food halls house around 50 stands in marquees. The Dorset Food Hall is for businesses based in Dorset only and the Food Hall is open to other food businesses. The stands in both halls start at 3m deep with a frontage of either 3m or 6m. The site is on grass, backing on to the marquee wall and no partitions or tables are provided. No cooking of food is allowed in the Food Halls, if cooking is essential a limited number of stands are available immediately outside the marquee's, traders serving food designed to be eaten on site will incur a "Food To Go" supplement, £210 or may be better placed in one of the catering courts.

We have a dedicated Motor trade avenue as well as space within our main trade avenues for motor traders. The spaces come in 12m, 18m or 24m depths and start with 12m frontage going up in 3m sections.

We give priority positioning to agricultural traders, whenever possible surrounding our Main Ring, we also discount the size of these stands as part of our dedication to supporting and showcasing agriculture at Dorset County Show. The spaces come in 12m or 24m depths and start with 9m frontage going up in 3m sections.

The Plant Avenue feature is open to all professional growers and sellers of ornamental and edible plants who produce more than 75% of their own plants. This cost effective option for having a stand provides a high profile presence within the popular horticultural zone. 3m x 3m pitches are available for £65.00 on a first come first served basis. The Floral Pavilion hosts the traditional floral trade exhibits judged by our experienced judges on Saturday morning. There is the opportunity to win prizes of up to £100 and have a 2.5m selling area. Click here for Floral Pavilion Application Form .
This marquee is by invitation only. It is home to lots of local artisan makers and producers displaying and selling their wares, ranging from ceramics to jewellery to textiles. The exhibitors represent some of the most exciting craftspeople in Dorset, applications are selected by a group of craft specialists.

All stand holders are obliged to abide by our rules and regulations. They must also hold Public Liability Insurance and complete our compulsory Risk Assessments. Details of both of these must be submitted to the Show Office prior to the Show.
All traders must complete our Risk Assessment and Fire Risk Assessment document.
